Gonna try and return to this site, need to start writing more anyway because of school so this would be a good outlet for my creative side.

For those wondering, I am studying to become a game writer. As such I would write the story for games that whatever team I work with will make into an awesome experience (hopefully).

A lot has happened since I made this user, and much of it is also the reason why I've been off it for so long. Now hopefully I am back to stay :D.

So for anyone out there that actually reads this, did you miss me? Or if you're new to my profile, wanna talk art? XD

Throw a comment if you feel so inclined, I'd be more than happy to respond. Both to old friends as new. ;)

District court, courtroom nr. 2

The revelation made by Meireida was finally what Miles had needed. But it wasn't only the truth about his sister that had been revealed. He also told the court about the mansions, how they had been built to protect the clock, with the treasury being the one and the same in both mansions, it was the link between them. He also told them about how they had been using mirrors to create illusions of people, making it seem like they were still alive or to change their own appearances to that of someone else. Not only that, by blackmailing many people tied to the defense, they had done everything that they could to make sure that Andreas would have gotten a guilty verdict. In the end, Meireida was taken by the police, to spend time in jail until his own trial would be held, where he would surely be found guilty for many crimes, that he had testfied about today.
- I believe that we have come one step closer towards the truth. I was very close to announce a faulty verdict and ruin the life for a group of young people. This is troubling indeed.
Finally, it was all over. Andreas was now safe from a guilty verdict, but there was till the issue of finding the true culprit, and prove that persons guilt.
- The next course of action seems obvious. Miss Karma, call on Minerva Satu... No, Minerva Stellas as the next witness.
- Yes, your Honor.

As Minerva went towards the stand, she held her head high, and you could hear people whispering that there must have been some kind of mistake, she couldn't be guilty of anything.
- You might have told us already, but please, state your name and profession.
- Minerva Stellas, daughter of the great Minaro Stellas and the guardian of mirrors.
As she talked about her father, Miles could not only see disgust in her face, but also black smoke surrounding her. That was when he remembered about the dark lock he had tried to crack yesterday. Now he had all the evidence he needed to burst it open.
- There are many things we need to speak with you about, but I believe that the first thing that we should have you testify about is your ties with the Stellas family.
Mia seemed nervous. Maybe she knew that something bad was going to come out of this.

- I was five years old. That was when my father adopted that freak.
- Adopted? Do you mean that Meireida isn't your real brother?
- Yes. He was just adopted into the family, to strengthen their position within the rich society. You could say that he made a business deal that would pay off in the future.
- What would he gain from it?
- Power, of course. You might have noticed, but the Stellas family is a very powerhungry bunch. Anyway, Meireida was just an infant, so he doesn't remember the first years that he spent in the Stellas family. During that time, everything was about him. It's not that I was jealous, I barely knew my parents anyway, but there was something wrong with that kid. And when he sprouted wings, I knew that he was going to get it all.
- Get it all?
- Yeah, he was going to be the future head of the family. I was eleven, he had just turned six. In the Stellas family, it is said that the status of our power is seen in our magic power. And sprouting wings was no easy feat. Those wings would be the status symbol of the family, and no one would be able to argue with that. I mean, if the head of the family has angel wings, then what other family can compete with them?
Minerva went on about the sad tale of her youth, how she had been used by her father, how her mother later on had started to shun her, how Meireida more and more took over everything. Not even the servants was listening to her anymore.
- That's when I had had enough. It was one month after my mother had died from an illness. I went to my father's room, and tried to make him reconsider, to make me the head. But he only laughed at me, said I had no power in this household anymore. That's when I lost it.
- And killed him?
- No, I never killed him. No one did.
- But how do you explain the fact that he is dead?
- He isn't dead. What I did was lock his sould inside the mirrors. His body was left behind as an illusion, the one you saw the other day, Mr. Fey.
- But his body dissappeared. What happened to it?
- Well, over the year his body must have been absorbed into the mirror, until just a shell was left behind.
- So, that night was when you decided to escape the manor?
- Yes, but as I hurried towards the study, I happened upon him. Meireida was there, studying about the family history as always. He asked me what I was doing, and I told him everything. I don't know hy, but he had been the only one that had looked up to me, I felt that I needed to repay him somehow. And that was when I became Minerva Saturos. I ended my life as a Stellas as I talked with Meireida.
- I just have one question. Why were you heading for the study?
- Isnät it obvious? For the portal that is hidden there. My brother had gotten this assignment from father, to create a perfect vault for one of the family treasures, the clock. Anyway, he had asked me for help, to create a gateway between this world and Saerdna. It was tough, not only was it meant to work as a portal, but I also had to make it so that the room that connected them, the vault, existed in both of them.
- So by that time, the gateway had already been made. Does that mean that the victim had already gotten the manor?
- Yes, we had to have a reason to buy it, and this was the perfect cover-up. That was when Kuro became the master and Meireida the butler, it was one of my demands for helping him out.

- I believe we have heard enough of your ties to the Stellas family.
A lot of new information had been uncovered, but nothing that really helped the case. The only disturbing part in the testimony was the fact that Minaro Stellas was still alive, but inside the mirrors.
- Well then, the next thing that I would like you to tell the court about is the murder of prosecutor Cetre.
- What is there to tell you? He was in the way, I mean, my brother already told you about how we did anything that we could to get Andreas in jail.
- But was that move really smart? I mean, if you had killed Miles, then I would have understood it, killing the defense attorney would surely not be beneficial for him.
- Well, I guess I could have killed him, but I had to be fast, so I just killed one of the lawyers, seeing as it would give me the result I wanted.
When Minerva said that, Miles could notice dark smoke surrounding her. There was something that she was hiding. Was it really just coincidence that she had killed Cetre, and not himself? But as an attorney, he knew one thing. There is no such thing as coincidence.
- Objection! I find it very hard to believe those words.
- Well, it's the truth, so you will just have to believe.
- Sorry, but I am not a believer. If you want me to believe in you, you will have to prove it.
- How can I prove such a thing? I mean, it's not like you can read my mind, to watch my memories to see how it was.
- Maybe we can't, but we can deduce if what you said really was what had happened.
Everyone was looking at Miles. To them, he sounded like he had gone mad. This seemed hardly something that was related to the case. But at this point they let him go on, seeing as he seemed to have some reason behind his actions.
- Here I have the gun you used to kill the prosecutor. Want to know something interesting? Only one bullet has been fired from it.
- So? I only needed to use one bullet to kill my target.
- That might have been true in this case. But how could you know that one bullet would be enough? And if you knew one bullet would be enough, why did you have more bullets loaded into the gun? If I had that many bullets, then I would shoot at both sides, and more than one bullet on each side, making sure I killed my targets.
Minerva didn't react at all. Whatever Miles had said, nothing had had any impact. There was an explanation to why she only needed one bullet.
- That might have been true, that I might have been able to shoot both sides. But I really didn't want to increase the punishment that I would receive for my crime.
- But why did you only fire off one shot? That seems a little careless, what if the bullet hadn't been fatal?
- There was no way it wouldn't have been fatal. The gun in question, together with the bullets, is a magic gun, and every bullet it shoots will reach it's target, and hit their most vital part.
Cetre had indeed been shot straight in the heart. Now it seemed that it wasn't just mere luck on Minerva's side.
- But if there is more than one person around you? Won't it just hit anyone then?
- One might think so, but that isn't true. It will only hit the person I want it to hit.
- Objection!
Miles had found it... Wait, this was a contradiction, but what did it mean. Wasn't he the...
- I thought I heard someone say objection.
- You heard correctly, your Honor, but it came from the defense. And it seems like the defense doesn't know what to say.
Miles was starting to feel sick. Was it becasue of his magatama? Now that it had merged with his hand, he was always using his psychic powers, and it was starting to take a toll on him.
- I... I am okay, your Honor. I can continue.
- Are you sure? You look a little pale.
- I am positive. We don't have enough time anyway to look for a replacement. This is the final day of this trial, and I have to find the truth now.
- What a pathetic excuse of a lawyer.
- I could say the same to you, Miss Stellas.
- What do you mean by that?
- The bullet will only hit the one you want it to, right? That was what you said. So then, how come it killed Cetre, and not me? If I had been your real target, then I would have been killed. Also, I thought you didn't know who the prosecutor was, and if you can't picture his face in your mind as you shoot, and also know his full name, then the bullet won't work. In fact, the name of the target must be written on such bullets for those to work. That's how that kind of magic works.
- I...
- Hold it! I am not done. This can only lead to one conclusion. I wasn't your target. Your real target was Cetre, the prosecutor. And you also shot him at a point where I was close to losing the case. No, that isn't right. You shot him when the case was about to be closed, when a verdict was going to be handed out, or at least it was possible that at that time a verdict would be announced.
- Why would I want to stop the verdict? And as you say, the verdict might not even have been beneficial for that murderer.
- Guilty or not, you still didn't want that verdict to happen. Not at that time. You wanted more time.
- I am so sorry, but I believe this game has gone on for long enough.
Mia was stopping Miles. This was as far as he could get with this. Nothing had come out of it, it was all just theories, he had no evidence to support it.
- What do you mean? i am so close to...
- To do what? Realise that she didn't want to kill you? But that doesn't have anything to do with this case. Show me that there is a connection, and I will allow it.
- Hey, it is I who call the shots here!
The judge had been silent for so long that Miles had forgotten that he was there.
- Did you say anything?
Mia was glaring at the judge, and he looked like he was going to hide under the table.
- No, I didn't say anything, carry on.
- Well then, Miles, do you have anything that validates this line of questioning? Is there a connection?
Miles had to think. He had just continued, without ever stopping to think if it was connnected to the case at hand. But he had uncovered so much, there had to be something...
- Magic!
- What?
- This is all connected to magic!
As soon as he said that, something happened. Everyone in the courtroom left, leaving just the ones connected to the case. It seems that as soon as the connection had been revealed, even if it might just have been wrong, the case became confidential, and no one from the outside was allowed to follow what happened inside the courtroom. A short break was issued, but no one was allowed to leave the courtroom, fearing they might tell people about the proceedings, or something much worse.

- It's already this late?
Miles was shocked, it was already 18:49, and soon they would have to finish this case, with ot without a verdict.
- Well then, I belive it is time to continue this.
The judge had been busy with coordinating something, but now it seemed like he was finished.
- Why did we have this long break?
Mia was looking pale. Somehow, this case had become a nightmare.
- Proper preparations had to be made to handle the truth that the attorney has laid bare. We are dealing with magic, and to deal with magic, one has to resort to magic. I had some magicians put up a magic wall around this courtroom, which makes it so that no magic can escape from here.
Miles looked around the room, to see if there could be seen any difference. The only thing he saw, which sent chills down his spine, was a wicked smile on Minerva's face.

- Well then, I would like for the defense to give their explanation to their sudden outburst.
- I will try to explain this, though it might be difficult to follow.
- Well, we are listening.
- Every aspect of this case has had to do with something that uses magic. To start with, the record that shows who has entered here, and also the copy of it. Both are still here, in this courtroom, and both uses magic to exist. Then we have the suspect, who is a Seraph, and his wings possess a great deal of magic energy, same with the wings of Meireida Stellas. Then we have the mirrors, that not only have worked as gates to the Saerdna, but also has had magic infused in them to project illusions. Then there is the gun used by Minerva Stellas. If we are to believe what she has told us, then the gun, or at least the bullet fired, has some magic cast on them.
- Well, couldn't it all just be coincidences?
- One might think so, but I am not done yet. There is also the mansion, which has a great amount of magic cast on it so that it can work as a portal to Saerdna. That magic has now been released. And there is one more thing.
Miles raised his hands so all could see the magatama on his hand.
- I think that magic power released has entered my magatama. This magic wasn't something I posessed before. Everything about this case seem to involve magic, in this world where magic has been sealed.
- I am sorry, but this seem unlikely to be relevant to the case at hand. So what that magic seems to be an aspect in everything in this case, does it change the fact that someone has been murdered?
- No, but it might give us a motive. Why was Kuro Verité murdered?
- Haven't we already...
- Sorry, but I don't think we have gotten to the bottom of this yet. I believe that there is something that we have missed, something vital.
The judge looked confused, he didn't get any chance to say anything, and even if he was going to be aloowed to say something, he didn't even know what he would say.
- Well then, may the defense please elaborate on this point.
- It is all about magic. There wasn't really any reason to kill the victim, there were probably other potential victims, but Kuro verité was the best target.
- Target? He was targeted? Why?
- He was part of the Stellas household, a family with huge ties to the magic world. Not only that, but he was also close to Meireida Stellas, seeing to the fact that he was his personal butler.
- But I thought that Meireida wasn't the murderer?
- He isn't, but he did take part in the planning. He and two other people.
- They were three?
Minerva was starting to look tense on the stand. If this kept up, the plan could be threatened to be exposed.
- What are you trying to pull, it was only me and my brother who planned this...
- So you admit it?
Now Minerva didn't know what was happening. Wasn't he going to try to expose the truth? Wasn't he on to them?
- Well, yeah, yes, I admit to have planned it all with my brother.
- And your father, I presume.
Miles had her exactly where he wanted her. Of course she wouldn't confess about her father's part in this, but if he put on enough pressure on her, he would possibly make her unable to reject his claims.
- I wasn't saying that...
- I beg to differ. A lot of the magic you used are very complicated, and needs to be maintained by someone with an equal amount of knowledge about that spell used. Meireida has no magic power, and you have not been in Vassilios for a long time. And even if you have been in vasssilios the whole time, you haven't had any chance of checking up on the spells.
- You might be correct, I had no way to do that, but my brother could. I mean, do you really believe that he has no magic powers?
- I am sadly for you not a believer, I only state the facts. And I can always prove everything that I say.
- Then let me see it, this proof of yours.
She asked for it, now she will have it.
- This is my proof.
The court stared at the object. What did this prove?
- Ha, I believe that you have lost your head somewhere along the way. That can't prove anything.
- I am sorry, but I will have to penalize you for deceiving the court.
The judge was about to slam down the gavel, when Miles suddenly let out the final shout.
- Objection!!!
The court fell silent. The power of his action, his index finger pointing directly at Minerva, all of his air in his lungs used to make the shout, was enough to make everyone believe in him.
- This might just seem like something insignificant, but it is with this thing that I will prove everything.
- But how can you do that? I mean, it isn't even any of the evidence that we have in the court record. I mean, it isn't even an evidence. It is just a simple feather. A gray one at that.
- Well, this just happens to be one of the feathers that Meireida happened to leave here when he let out his wings. And there is something we could do with this feather.
As he said that, h threw it away, towards the barrier.
- No, if that feather hits the barrier, then the magic inside it will release all the magic stored in here!
The judge shouted out orders, and the bailiff tried to catch it, but he was too late. It hit the barrier. And went straight through it.
- What was that just now?
- As everyone in the court clearly can see, the feather went through the barrier unscathed. Had there been any magic in it, then it would have been destroyed by the barrier, which would then fall apart after being discharged through the feather. This clearly shows that Meireida doesn't have any magic power in him, and the only one who could have helped Minerva with the magic would have to be someone who could get to all of the locations without any obstacles in the way.
- You can't possibly be...
- Yes your Honor. Minerva Stellas was planning this murder with her brother, and more importantly, her father, Minaro Stellas!

Moving!

I will soon move back home, I am taking a sabbatical, so one year without school!

I really need it, I have really felt down during this semester, since school really have been tough. I mean, math at university level is really hard stuff, and I have been way too lazy to have been able to keep up with it all. So, therefore I am moving home, and I hope that I might get a job.

However, me moving home will have an impact on dA. Right now I check up on dA every day, but when I move home I will have restricted use of internet (more or less I will only have access when my dad isn't home or when I have something urgent to do on the internet). This means that if I don't reply as fast I use to, it is only because that I haven't been on the internet yet.

But this will have a positive impact on me uploading the story though, hopefully, since if I move home, I will have less stuff to think about and possibly will be able to write more. And I have so many ideas that I want to get out. And one of them is actually to work more with my story Spring Awakening, to make it a lot longer than it is now, at present it can be seen as a short resume of the whole story. But that will have to wait until after I have finished Andreas Saerdna.

Speaking of that, I have had two commisions made of the lead character, Andreas, done by :icon666zarike: and :iconpaleblood:. Again, thank you very much. If you just search for Andreas Saerdna, or on my username, you will probably find them, they look awesome. Again, thank you very much for the hard work.

Well, I will miss Lund, with everything it had to offer, but hopefully I will return, and in the meantime, have a great summer everyone! And if you have read it, I guess you are one of my watcher, and for that I will thank you for too.

This is more for me to put down the ideas I have for coming chapters of my story, since the chapter I am working on now, Turnabout Angel wings soon is over.

Chapter 7: Waking Nightmare

Mix of Silent Hill, Resident Evil and Project Zero/Fatal Frame. Probably going to have some other scary games/movies/animes as inspiration to, and this is going to be the chapter where the party escapes Vassilios. It is going to be changing like the world of Silent Hill, there might be zombies, hence RE, and I will definetly try to have something that utilizes the same functions as the Camera Obscura in PZ/FF.

Chapter 8: Bloody Operation

Going to be about a war, and going to be some sort of a mix of Trauma Center and Bleach. With Bleach I mean the Hueco Mundo part, like when they infiltrate, how the battles went on simutaneously, and try to write it with the same feel. The enemies they will face will be the guilt/stigma from trauma center second opinion and new blood, and the enemies will have the name of the guilt/stigma and similar traits.

That is the ideas I have so far, so with that out of the way, I will continue working on the final part of chapter 6. I hope it will be done soon.
