Christmas party - idea
To turn around and run from the problem won't solve a thing, he knew that. But this just wasn't a situation he was very comfortable with. All the expectations leading up to this point had pushed him to this moment, but now that it was within reach he could feel his nerves getting the better of him. What was he gonna say? Thoughts of rejection entered his head, making him feel the knot in his stomach grow bigger.
Inside the house there were festivities going on. A small Christmas party before everyone headed back to their family homes for winter break. Oblivious to the person outside feeling anxious about knocking on the door, one guy decided

An eloge to a miracle 'scrap'
I see with my eyes, but my eyes can't see anything. To use something for such a big cause, and never letting them know of the great things that they accomplish, makes me feel like I am robbing them their right to feel proud about what they are. If it weren't for them my life would be so different, there would be so many things that I wouldn't be able to experience.
Random stuff. What you usually find when you walk around town often looks like trash, something you don't need, but in reality can be priceless treasures. But who has time for reality. We all try to find our place in this world, even if it is all an illusion. So where is your's?
- I am sorry, but that's not for sale!
The little girl was staring angrily at the woman who had picked up a ragged doll, looking for a sticker with the price.
- But it says here that it is just...
- No, it's not for sale.
The woman shook her head, muttering something about kids and their ideas, and walked away, leaving the doll behind.
- Emma! What have I told y

Chapter 1 The tower
The sound of footsteps echoed through the empty, desolate halls. Two men and a woman, running for their lives, passed through these halls of the dead. They really didn't have a choice as someone was chasing them. Everywhere they ran it looked the same as the hallway before. The revelation made by Meireida was finally what Miles had needed. But it wasn't only the truth about his sister that had been revealed. He also told the court about the mansions, how they had been built to protect the clock, with the treasury being the one and the same in both mansions, it was the link between them. He also told them about how they had been using mirrors to create illusions of people, making it seem like they were still alive or to change their own appearances to that of someone else. Not only that, by blackmailing many people tied to the defense, they had done everything

- This is taking longer than I had anticipated.
Miles was tired. Today had just been one surprise after another. And whenever he got a question answered, several more made themselves known. It was a nightmare.

Going into the courtroom was hard for Miles. He knew that he would be meeting with Amanda, whose betrayal still hurt more than he could bear. Trying to hold his head high, he knew that he would have to pull himself together for Andreas. Then he saw something that made his heart lighter than he had ever felt. Standing up at the sides was everyone from the office, holding banners where it said stuff like "Good luck Miles" and "Go get them". Not only that, but he could also see Lana Edge, holding up what looked like a flag, waving it around shyly. In fact, almost the whole courtroom seemed to

Since their fate to would be decided today, they have been allowed to watch the proceedings today, though in a special booth where they can't communicate with the people in the courtroom. This is so that no attempt to escape can be put in motion.
- So, how do you feel today?
Miles hoped that Andreas would be able to get through today. During the night, some men had entered his cell and beat him up. After that, they had healed him, leaving no trace of their brutalit

Time to visit Andreas. Not much to speak with him about, but he might know something about the Verité mansion that might be useful.
- Well, isn't this nice. I think I might be able to get you a not guilty verdict tomorrow.
- So you think?
Andreas looked depressed. He had been questioned by Karma, she must have been rough with him.
- I know I can, so cheer up, will you?
- Well, if you say so.
- Way to boost morale. Anyway, I wanted to ask you some questions.
- Ask away.
- When you were in Saerdna, you were a butler at the Verité mansion, right?
- Yes, so?
- And Meireida

After the dramatic incident in the courtroom, everything was in chaos. Doctors had been called to the site, even though everyone knew that Cetre was dead. There was no way that he could have survived the bullet to his forehead. The shooter had been taken to the precinct, and was now in for questioning. What her ties to Cetre was, or if she had any ties to the case on hand was not known at the moment. But for now, the police was the ones dealing with it. Amanda had arrived just a moment ago, unscathed. She didn't know anything about her kidnapper, or where she had been held.

- Well then, lets continue from where we finished before the break. If the defense may?
- Yes, your Honor. After having discussed some things with my client, I have come to the conclusion that there really is another, real crime scene.

No sleep during the night. Miles was exhausted. What was he going to do, the threat had left him with no other choice but to rethink his whole strategy for the trial today. But still, he had to get through it. And he couldn't count on a miracle to save this either. Last time, he had been lucky. But this time, no luck in the world could save him.

- Uhh, the defense is... Ready, your Honor.

- Hey there rookie, heard you did good in court today,
- Even the chief praised your effort. Said the client was impossible to handle, and yet you were able to defend him.
- Lets celebrate when you get him off the hook, okay.
As soon as Miles had gotten back to the office, the whole staff had come to congratulate him. Their thoughts warmed him, but it also hindered him from working. Just as one finished talking with him, and he thought he could start working, another person came along, stopping him from working again. Some even told him to take it easy, that everything would w
What is the truth? It is just a spoken lie. Who can live, without ever having to face a lie? Without ever having to lie? The lie is the truth. Always there. Absolutely reliable. But still, it is silent. Why? Because spoke, in some way, it will be the truth. Maybe not in these conditions. But the favourable conditions might come. And so, the lie will be a truth. A truth for someone. For a certain moment. Even though, it is a lie. A truly silent lie. I, am one. I am TrulySilentLie.

Almost christmas, trying to come up with something to write but unsure what I should write... Kinda wanna start a story and write some chapters for it, but can't seem to nail down what I wanna write it about... Oh well, hopefully I'll get a good idea...
Gonna try and return to this site, need to start writing more anyway because of school so this would be a good outlet for my creative side.
For those wondering, I am studying to become a game writer. As such I would write the story for games that whatever team I work with will make into an awesome experience (hopefully).
A lot has happened since I made this user, and much of it is also the reason why I've been off it for so long. Now hopefully I am back to stay :D.
So for anyone out there that actually reads this, did you miss me? Or if you're new to my profile, wanna talk art? XD
